And it means staying in the relationship long after the file closes, because most clients refinance, renew, buy again, or refer family within five years.

Operating from Woodbridge and serving clients across Toronto and the GTA, Tripoint places mortgages with more than 50 lenders — chartered banks, monoline lenders, credit unions, mortgage investment corporations, and individual private capital. Anthony's specialty is the file that needs structure: self-employed buyers, newcomers, investors with multiple properties, owners with bruised credit, commercial deals, and time-sensitive private placements.

The Tripoint approach

Every file starts with a conversation, not a quote. The cheapest rate isn't always the cheapest mortgage — and the most expensive lender on paper is sometimes the only one that will actually fund the deal in front of us. We model out the all-in cost of borrowing, the prepayment privileges you'll likely use, the portability options, and the renewal landscape three to five years out. Then we shop.
